In connection with your rental application, Renewal Rentals (Renewal Properties LLC) will obtain a consumer report and/or investigative consumer report (including credit, criminal, and eviction history) from a consumer reporting agency. This report will be used solely to evaluate your application for tenancy.

You have the right to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigative consumer report. If your application is denied based on information in a consumer report, you will receive an adverse action notice with the name and contact information of the reporting agency.
